3D design of industrial mechanical components

During the design-phase we employ specific software: Solid Edge, which enables us to develop single components and/or mechanical groups containing more than one element, and NX CAM which enables us to convert the CAD model in machine data to produce the component on CNC turning and/or milling machines.
Moreover, employing the same model, we are able to offer a fast-prototyping service using 3D printers, which enables us to show commissioners a real view of the product in thermoplastic material.
Only once we have verified that the product suits perfectly to the specifics of the project, we proceed to the bulk production, guaranteeing high-precision parameters and fast execution.
The key element of our design is to not include elements impossible to produce. From a technical and mechanical point of view, we perfectly know what is possible to develop and we submit only projects which can be entirely executed.
